Add calendar events

Add upcoming events so visitors can see when and where to find you.

How to add an event

1. Log in and select Edit beside your site.
2. Open Events.
3. Enter the event title, date and time.
4. Optionally add a description, location, price and an HTTPS details or tickets link.
5. Select Save event.
6. Check the event list. Use Calendar settings to enable the calendar and choose how many events appear on the home page.

Saved events update a published site automatically when its calendar is enabled; you do not need to publish the site again.

Event retention

Old calendar events are permanently deleted six months after their end time, or six months after their start time when no end time is set.
